1.  What are the requirements in getting an AAV visitor sticker?
          a.  Get an application form at the front desk reception, AAVA office.
          b.  Fill it up and have an endorsement from relatives/friends residing in the village.
          c.  Prepare a photo copy of OR(Official Receipt), CR(Certificate of Registration),
               Deed of sale if newly acquired vehicle,  certificate of the company owned vehicle
               and submit it to Window 1, AAVA office
          d.  If approved, pay to cashier and the return to Window 1 for car sticker releasing.

2.  How to get a move-in/move-out permit? 

Move-in

·        Tenant/Lessee – proceed to window 1 and fill up the move-in form.  Attach to it a photo copy of duly notarized contract of lease.  After the form has benn completed, please return it to AAVA Office, window 1.

·        Registered owner – proceed to window 1 and fill up the move-in form.

Move-out

·        Tenant/Lessee – proceed to window 1 and get a move-out form.  No move-out/pul-out of furniture and personal belongings will be allowed unless the registered owner signed the move-out form, and submitted to AAVA Office, window 1

·        Registered owner – proceed to window 1 and fill up the move-out form.
