I abide by the guidelines, rules and regulations of the AYALA ALABANG VILLAGE ASSOCIATION.

Health Condition: If I have the following symptoms: cough, colds, fever, flu, inflamed eyes, open wounds, nasal or ear discharges, I will not be allowed entry to any of the AAVA Facilities and I understand that I may be asked to leave.

AAVA & its personnel shall not be held liable for any untoward incident occurring at any of the AAVA Sports and Recreational Facilities.
